5.1 bk999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your bk999 balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction.

6.1 Bonus offers available at bk999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published at the time the offer is made. General Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically overridden by bonus-specific terms.
6.2 Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
6.3 bk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Promotional abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or other manipulative behaviour to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus or winnings and may result in account closure.

7.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term expected return over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player session.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — bk999 will investigate the incident and apply the most equitable available resolution. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, any stakes placed may be refunded at bk999's discretion. Winnings from a materially flawed game round may be voided.
7.4 Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Bets placed at an erroneous price due to a system error may be voided at bk999's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's account.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and possible legal action:
